Bookings, payments, cleaning schedules and owner payouts lived in separate tools, with Airbnb availability kept in step by hand. ## What we built We built one edge-native platform on Cloudflare Workers: a Dutch and English booking site with real-time availability, a server-side quote engine and Stripe deposit payments; an operations dashboard with a drag-and-drop cleaning planner, owner payouts, invoicing and VAT reporting; an owner portal; and a certified two-way Channex connection to Airbnb. About 665 historical bookings were migrated without pausing the business. ## The result Live since September 2026, the platform takes real bookings and payments, keeps every channel free of double bookings and turns cleaning, payment reminders and owner payouts into automated, auditable workflows, all backed by roughly 1,950 automated tests. ## Three ways to work with owners Owners choose how much they hand over, so the platform runs three packages side by side. With Platform Basis an owner gets their own page with online booking and payment, and handles guests, check-in and cleaning themselves. Platform Plus adds iCal synchronisation, so the apartment's calendar stays in step with Airbnb, Booking.com or any other channel the owner already uses. With full management, Roby's team takes over everything, from guest contact and check-in to cleaning, deposits and guest registration. Each package has its own commission and setup fee, and owners can switch later. ## Cleaning, run from one board Departures turn into cleaning tasks automatically. The operations board shows at a glance which units are dirty, being cleaned, occupied or clean, how arrivals and departures fall over the next seven days, and how far each cleaner is with the week's work. In the planner, a task moves to another day by dragging it, and every card shows when the next guests arrive, so the team always knows the real deadline. ## Owner finances without spreadsheets The finance module follows every euro from booking to owner: what is still to be received, damage deposits held, commission, what is owed and paid out to each owner, Stripe payouts, statements per owner, VAT per quarter and invoices.
