Webfluentia has a new website. On the surface it looks different, but the bigger change is in what it says. Over the last few years most of our work has moved from marketing websites to the systems behind a business: booking platforms, fund-data portals, IoT tracking, cloud infrastructure and, more and more, AI. The old site still introduced us as a digital marketing agency. The new one describes the company we have become.
Four disciplines, one small team
The site is now organised around the four things we spend most of our time on:
- Software engineering: web platforms, marketplaces, booking systems, Flutter mobile apps and integrations.
- AI engineering: secure agent setups, private model hosting and LLM features that are measured before they go live.
- Cloud and infrastructure: hosting, monitoring, backups and the operations work that keeps systems up.
- IT consulting: architecture reviews, technology and AI strategy, or a part-time CTO when you need senior judgement.
SEO and digital marketing are still here, for clients who need them alongside their platform. They are just no longer the headline.
A design taken from the drawing board
The new design is called "Schematic". It borrows from technical drawings: drafting-paper backgrounds, mono-spaced annotations, dimension lines, specification lists and screenshots framed with crop marks. Each service page has a small system schematic that shows where that service sits in a typical setup.
We chose it because it fits the work. We design systems before we build them, and we wanted the site to look like it was made by people who do that. It also has a proper dark mode that follows your device setting, with a toggle in the header.
Clear prices
Pricing is now published on the site rather than hidden behind a contact form. Websites start at 12,000 THB, webshops at 35,000 THB, consulting is 2,500 THB per hour and SEO packages start at 7,500 THB. Larger platforms are quoted per project after a first call. Starting prices are exactly that: what you end up paying depends on what you want built.
Twenty case studies
The portfolio now holds twenty case studies, each with the problem, what we built, the technology behind it and screenshots from the live system. Some of these projects handle bookings and payments or personal data, so names, licence plates, device IDs and financial figures are blurred.
English, Dutch and Thai
The whole site is available in English, Dutch and Thai. We work with clients in Thailand, Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia, and we would rather you read about us in your own language. The language switch in the header keeps you on the same page.
The blog has moved in
Our articles used to live on a separate knowledge base at kb.webfluentia.com. They are now part of the main site at webfluentia.com/blog, in English and Dutch, with the same design as the rest of the site. Every old link redirects to the new address, so bookmarks and links from other sites keep working.
Keeping everything on one domain is better for readers and better for search engines: the articles and the services they refer to now support each other instead of competing as two separate sites.
Under the hood
As engineers, we couldn't leave the inside untouched either. The site is built with Nuxt and runs on Cloudflare Workers, so pages are served from data centres close to wherever you are. We removed the old Bootstrap template and its plugins, which took out around 59,000 lines of code and 136 MB of images. Fonts are self-hosted, images are served in modern formats and the contact form goes through Cloudflare's own email service with bot protection, without a third-party mailing tool in between.
None of this is visible, and that is the point. A fast, simple site that keeps running without attention is what we build for clients, so it is what we wanted for ourselves.
