Can you take over our current hosting?
Usually, yes. We start with an inventory of what runs where, then propose either improving it in place or moving it, with a plan you approve first.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, as a monthly care plan covering monitoring, updates and a set amount of support time. Some clients have us manage all of their online infrastructure under a long-term contract.
Do we have to use the cloud?
No. If cloud hosting isn't what you want, we can host your site or application on our own VPS servers, backed up to separate backup servers, usually at a lower monthly cost.
