The challenge
InvestHAQ needed a reliable way to collect accurate, verifiable fund data from Shariah-compliant fund managers (fees, performance, benchmarks and Shariah certification) where every figure is reviewed, traceable to its source and never silently overwritten before it reaches the main InvestHAQ platform.
What we built
We built a passwordless, review-first intake portal on Next.js and PostgreSQL. Managers sign in with a magic link, verify their pre-filled data and submit only corrections; InvestHAQ admins review a side-by-side diff before accepting changes into an append-only, versioned and fully audited master record. Hosted on Google Cloud Run and Cloud SQL in Sydney, all data and documents stay on Australian infrastructure.
The result
A compliance-first data pipeline that gives InvestHAQ a trusted, fully historical record of every fund and a one-click export that feeds the main platform, with nothing ever estimated, scored or overwritten.
